User Accounts

The User Accounts sub menu allows the set up and maintenance of the following features:

Icon	Feature	General Overview
	User Accounts	The set up and maintenance of an individual User Account, including adding licences, and permissions.
	Accounts Policy	The set up and maintenance of User Password policy.
	Roles	The set up and maintenance of User Roles - for granting permissions to groups of Users.
	Sessions	The monitoring of current Users logged into the system.
	Copy Task Preferences	Copying an Individuals User Preferences to multiple Users.
	Client Agents	Check who is logged on to the tray monitor.
	Account Consent and Registration Settings	Available from 4.8.0.0 Enter DPO details and set account Consent and Registration settings.
